Who we are

Owner-operated, female-led and family focused.

Our centres are owner-operated, ensuring the highest quality in education and care. We are a female-led organisation that prioritises flexibility, family relationships and quality education.

Our centres are led by co-directors Sarah Wydeveld and Haleh Golshani, both local mums. Our flagship, Reggio Academy in Castle Hill, and our sister centre, My Reggio Kindy Garden in Rosebery, share the same philosophy and the same care.

The purpose of our programs is to give hard-working parents peace of mind that their children are given the nurturing care they deserve, in a safe learning environment with caring educators. Some centres focus on early academics, others on a place to socialise and play. We combine both.

Run by two local mums.

Sarah Wydeveld and Haleh Golshani are co-directors and centre managers across all of our centres. As mums themselves, they know what it takes to hand your child to someone new each morning.

Our educators nurture curiosity, offer open-ended resources and provoke ideas that encourage children to communicate through their ‘100 languages’. They are constantly updating their skills to run a best-practice classroom, where children are at the heart of directing their own learning.
