  • To enrol your child at our centres, simply submit an online enquiry through our website or book a centre tour. Our Centre Directors will guide you through availability, enrolment documentation, and the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) process.

  • Vacancies at our centres vary by location, age group, and days required. Availability changes regularly, so we recommend submitting an enquiry to receive the most up-to-date information.

  • Yes. Some rooms, particularly our nursery and toddler age groups, may have a waiting list. Families are encouraged to join early, especially if seeking multiple days or sibling placements.

  • Our Centres provide early learning and long day care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years, including nursery, toddler, preschool programs and school readiness.

    Our boutique Rosebery Centre cates for 1 to 6 years.

  • Fees at our Centres vary by age group and location. Most families receive the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which significantly reduces out-of-pocket costs. From January 2026, all families will be eligible for 3 days of subsidised care.

  • Yes. All our centres are approved childcare services and accept CCS. Our team can assist families with understanding eligibility and the application process.

  • Our childcare fees are all-inclusive and cover:

    • Fresh, nutritious meals and snacks

    • Nappies and wipes

    • Educational programs and incursions

    This allows families to enjoy predictable costs with no hidden extras.

  • Children’s safety is a priority at all Reggio Kindy centres. We operate in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Regulations, with secure premises, active supervision, hygiene protocols, and child-safe policies. We also implement monthly professional development with educators to review any identified risks and to proactively improve our day to day practice.

  • A typical day includes:

  • Families receive regular updates through a secure childcare communication app (Xplor), including photos, learning documentation, meals, sleep information and important centre announcements.

  • Yes. We encourage families to book a Reggio Kindy centre tour to experience our learning environments, meet educators, and ask questions before enrolling.

  • Reggio Kindy and Reggio Academy operate across multiple locations, including Castle Hill, Pyrmont and Rosebery. Each centre is thoughtfully designed to reflect our Reggio-inspired philosophy.

  • Most Reggio Kindy and Reggio Academy centres operate Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), typically from 7:30am to 6:00pm, supporting working families.
